The cable provider and subscription channel’s past is set to expire by the end of this month (July). 50 Cent is an executive producer for the Starz show Power, which is now in its second season. 50 Cent shared how he felt about AT&T dropping the channel and his show via Instagram. #CNEWS
50 Cent said : “Man Im sorry I have to say this, but AT&T is racist they have had issues in the past and here we go again,” he writes. “500,000 homes will not be able to view the next episode of POWER.” #CNEWS
Back in April, AT&T fired its president for sending racially offensive content via his work phone. 50 Cent posted a screen shot of a news story about the presidents termination and under the caption read : “When this was happening they were saying they had the STARZ and other networks that created programming targeting multiple ethnicity’s,” 50 writes under a screenshot of a news story about the president’s termination, “now I guess (THEY’RE NOT FUCKING WITH NIGGAS).” #CNEWS
50 Cent’s exact words were : “Change your cable package from AT&T to anything else,” he writes. “It’s 2015 and these people are still racist. They are dropping all channels that are considered urban friendly. This sh!t is sad.” #CNEWS
